- Check your email to
retrieve your login ID and password.
Your login ID includes the date you ordered and your
first initial.

You must use the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser to
take the online courses. If you don't have Microsoft
Internet Explorer, you may download
it here.
- You must temporarily
disable any pop-up blockers
while taking the
courses. Click here for instructions.

AOLand Mozilla Firefox Users:
If you use AOL, simply connect to the Internet using AOL,
then minimize the AOL screen, and click the Internet
Explorer icon before you go to TrainingCenter.com
to login.
If you normally use Mozilla Firefox, then close it and
open Internet Explorer before you go to TrainingCenter.com
to login.
