    b. Use your mouse to select the courses you want
    c. Enter your contact information
    d. Click the [continue] button.
    e. You will then be at a secure page where you can securely enter your credit card number.


2. To pay by check or money order
    a. Go to the order form
    b. Use your mouse to select the courses you want.
    c. Print the order form.
    d. Click the [continue] button.
    e. Enter your contact information
    f.  Print the contact information page.
