Companies
may select one of these 3 methods of payment:
1. To pay by credit card
a. Go to the company
signup form.

Use your mouse to select the courses you want.
c.
Enter your contact information .
d.
Click the [continue] button.
e.
You will then be at a secure
page where you can
securely
enter your credit card number.
2.
To pay
by check or money order
a.
Go
to the company signup form.
b. Use your mouse to
select the courses you want.
c. Print the order form.
d.
Click the [continue] button.
e. Enter
your contact information
f. Print
the contact
information page.
g. Mail the order form, contact

3. To order with a company purchase order
a. Go to the company
signup form
b.
Enter the name of each person to be trained
c. Select the course each person will learn
d.
Click the [continue] button.
e. Enter
your contact information
f. Print the contact
information page.
g. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your PO
number in the space provided.
h. You will instantly see a login ID generated for
each
employee.
i. Fax your purchase order to 419-735-1703
(U.S. and Canada only)
j. We will contact you by phone to verify all
information
k. We will activated all
of the login ID's.
l. You will give each staff member their login
ID.

We will send you an invoice
For purchase orders, we must receive your
PO, via fax, and we must
speak to you, by phone, to verify all information, before
we activate your account(s).
Note: International
Customers
At this time, all international customer
must pay online via credit card.
Discounts may apply for orders over $1,000.
Discounts will be calculated based
on the total value of the courses taken.
