Certificates and Transcripts

Offer proof of your knowledge

Test questions are given throughout each course.  Answer the questions with at least 70% accuracy, and you will have the option to print your own "certificate of completion", for each course.

Collect certificates to add to your portfolio.  Use these certificates to prove to employers that you have the knowledge they are looking for.

You can also print your transcripts at any time.

How to print Certificates of Completion

1. Login and click on the course that you have completed
2. Click the [Course Tools] tab as shown below
3. Select "View My Scores" from the sidebar menu as shown below:

4. Here is an example of what you will see:

Scores
The table below shows your scores for the Skill Assessment and for the questions you've answered within the course. You can move your mouse over the column heading for information on interpreting your scores.

A checkmark in the Mastery column indicates that you've scored the mastery level of 70% or better on questions for that lesson. To master the course, you must master all lessons. Congratulations, you have mastered this course. Click the Certificate button below to view your Certificate of Mastery.

Lesson scores are shown after you've answered all questions in the lesson. Click here to view your Progress Report, which lists the questions you haven't answered.

To go directly to a lesson, click the lesson name in the table below.

5. If your score was 70% or greater on each of the units, then you will have the option to click the button which will take you to the following page:

6. Then, click one of the two styles of certificates (shown in the example above).  You will see the certificate appear with your name automatically inserted.

For example, if you clicked the Classic certificate, it would look like this:

if you clicked the Jazzy certificate, it would look like this:

7. Configure your Internet Explorer browser "Page Setup" to correctly print the certificate

1. Choose [File] and then choose [Page Setup].
    2. Remove the default header and footer information and set your page orientation to "Landscape".

8. Insert your choice of paper into your printer.  For example, buff color paper would look nice.

9. Choose [PRINT]

Now you have a certificate that proves you have mastered that course.  Collect certificates for each course to add to your portfolio.  Use these certificates to prove to employers that you have the knowledge they are looking for.
